More Exercise, Fewer Deaths

Adults over 40 should add 10 minutes of moderate to vigorous exercise to their normal routines. An analysis shows more than 110,000 deaths could be prevented each year. Researchers used surveys to look at the activity levels and death rates for 5,000 people 40 to 85 through the end of 2015.
