Insightful, supportive coaching to help you meet your speaking goals
Hello, Doctor!
The media may approach you for an interview on a medical study.
Here is a question to ask yourself as you prepare to communicate information about the study:
Have I identified the study’s funding details?
Then ask yourself:
Have I mentioned all funding sources for the study?
Am I confident in the study’s objectivity and independence?
What might the funders have to gain or lose from the study’s outcomes?
Can the validity of the science speak for itself, regardless of the funding?
In the next post in this series, I’ll go over some general guidelines about meeting the needs of the media. Stay tuned!
